Reduce your pain
Boost your energy
Move confidently in your body
I see you…
It feels like you’re just collecting chronic illnesses and conditions.
First, there was the RA diagnosis.
Then, mold illness…
neurological Lyme…
and [fill in your most recent diagnosis].
It feels like your body is betraying you with constant pain, confusion, and debilitating fatigue.
Like many folks living with chronic illness, you’ve tried all the things, seen all the doctors, practitioners, therapists, and even did all the conventional and alternative treatments. And it’s exhausting!
This is exactly why I developed a system to support folks suffering and living with complex chronic illnesses and auto-immune conditions, such as Long COVID, MS, Graves’, and Lyme disease, especially for communities of color & QTBIPOC (queer/trans BIPOCs) folks who are ready to take an active role in regaining ownership over and trust in your body, feeling joy throughout every cell of your body, and building a community of support.
What clients are saying…
Jetta Martin, East Bay, CA
“My level of exhaustion is so high. It’s been years of being really, really tired. [And during] your workshop, I realized that I need a reset or a reboot. It can be a gentle refresh for the things that you can’t see or don’t notice about yourself or your body. It was a very profound shift and I appreciated how gentle and held I felt.”
Beatrice Thomas, Vallejo, CA
“When I don’t have this, I have more anxiety, pain, increased muscle tension. When I first started doing it, I was tired on Saturdays after class, but then I felt great and the next two days I had more energy.”

Greetings!
I’m Tyese Wortham.
For the past 20 plus years I've committed my life work to cultivating safe, inclusive spaces for black and brown folks to thrive.
After suffering silently and in isolation for nearly 30 years with endometriosis and chronic Lyme disease, I'm extending my equity lens to bring visibility to Lyme disease and other multi-systemic chronic illnesses in black and brown communities.
Combining the folkloric, spiritual, and performative traditions of the African diaspora with limbic brain and nervous system healing techniques, I live to thrive using movement as medicine and community as care for my pillars of healing. I have been performing, teaching, and studying folkloric, popular, and social dance as a principal company member nearly all my life and have had the honor to perform in venues such as the Palace of Fine Arts, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, and the War Memorial Opera House in San Francisco.
