Greetings!

I’m Tyese Wortham.

For the past 20 plus years I've committed my life work to cultivating safe, inclusive spaces for black and brown folks to thrive.

After suffering silently and in isolation for nearly 30 years with endometriosis and chronic Lyme disease, I'm extending my equity lens to bring visibility to Lyme disease and other multi-systemic chronic illnesses in BI(QT)POC communities––Black, Indigenous, & People of Color along with Queer and Trans BIPOCs.

Combining the folkloric, spiritual, and performative traditions of the African diaspora with various integrative and functional healing techniques, I live to thrive using movement as medicine and community as care for my pillars of healing.
